Firearms will be transferred and available for pickup through Talos Tactical in West Richland, WA

All State and Federal Firearms Laws apply. 

A $25 transfer fee will be applied at purchase and collected by Talos Tactical.

It is the buyer's specific responsibility to determine their right to own a firearm. Successful bidders are responsible for payment in full to Booker Auction Company, regardless of whether the bidder can ultimately own the firearm. No refunds will be issued.

All firearms must be transferred in the registered bidders name only.

All out-of-state buyers must verify their state laws as they pertain to modern firearms. Out-of-state buyers must also employ a FFL dealer within their state to complete the transfer and a $50 shipping fee will apply on all semi auto rifles and pistols. Additional fees may apply through that dealer.

Items not claimed by January 6, 2023 from Talos Tactical will be surrendered property.
