Pioneer Metal Works celebrates 47 years of family-driven craftsmanship and community impact. Founded by the late Ralph and Sharon in downtown Quincy, Washington, the shop became a trusted local name known for reliable, high-quality work, while also serving the occasional international client. From specialty equipment like their well-known tree digger to countless custom projects for neighbors and local businesses, their legacy lives on in the work they created and the community they supported for nearly five decades.

Sale Terms

Photo ID or Credit Card will be required for bidder registration and a copy (where viable) will be retained by Booker Auction Co. While cards may be charged for authorization or payment, Credit Card information is not stored in a way that can be viewed.

A Buyer’s Premium applies to determine the selling price on each lot.  The Buyer’s Premium is set at 10% on individual lots.

Invoices will not be emailed until at least an hour after the entire auction is completed.

All invoices with a total due of $500 or less will automatically be charged to your card on file. You will receive an email reflecting your payment as soon as it is processed.

An additional 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.  Debit Cards will be accepted in person at our Eltopia Office only.

No Credit Card Processing fees will be refunded once a credit card payment has been processed.  Kindly ensure that the card saved to your account is the card you wish to be charged and that a 3% credit card processing fee will be added prior to selecting this payment option.

All purchases must be paid in full no later than 48 hours after the auction closes. You are authorizing Booker Auction Co. to charge the credit card on file after 48 hours for unpaid purchases. OR a 2% late payment fee will reflect on all unpaid invoices after 48 hours of the auction closing. 

All qualifying tax exemptions must be completed with our office within 48 hours of auction closing. No refunds will be provided for tax exemptions received after payment has been made. Please note, not all items qualify for tax exemptions. 

Payment can be made from your invoice links using our online payment portal or credit card. We will also be accepting payment at our office in Eltopia, WA. No offsite payments will be accepted.

All personal and company checks are subject to approval and will be documented by photo id. New bidders (those without a positive Booker Auction Co. purchase history) will need a statement from their financial institution confirming their ‘good standing’ plus driver’s license and viable credit card.

No items may be removed until satisfactory payment has been made. Seller and/or Booker Auction Co. reserves the right to maintain possession of any item sold until funds are verified.

All items are sold as is, where is, without recourse.

All bidders or buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspections of items prior to bidding or buying.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered as every item is sold ‘as is’.

We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind regarding condition, longevity, or usefulness of any item being offered for sale.

All advertising information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions. Announcements made by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction take precedence over printed matter.

As a registered bidder, you will receive text messages regarding this and other Booker auction events. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the text messages.

Bidder, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of an entity or otherwise, in any capacity, and the entity represented, both jointly and severally agree: To indemnify and hold harmless Booker Auction Company, its employees, agents, and its consignors (“Consignors”) from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs and losses of any kind, arising from the purchase or subsequent use of any item. This agreement extends to the attendance or participation of Bidder, his agents or employees, at the Auction Sale and/or on the auction site whether before, during or after the Auction Sale.

Booker Auction Co. may, under certain conditions, bid on behalf of the seller, lien holder and/or pre-approved absentee buyers.

All items immediately become the responsibility of the purchaser after being sold.

All purchases must be removed 10 days after the auction closes.  Any item that is not removed by the deadline will be subject to storage fee, loading fee or forfeiture of property

All buyers, customers, hauling companies, and their agents release Booker Auction Co., it's employees, agents, and sellers from all liability during the loading and hauling process.  Booker Auction Co. will not be held liable for any damages. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to tie-down loads appropriately and to DOT regulations.

Any items that are not removed after 30 days are subject to forfeiture by the purchaser, becoming sellers property to dispose of at their discretion.

Booker Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents.

By registering to bid or attempting to bid at our sales or auctions, bidder / buyer agrees to sale terms as well as these terms and conditions, be they as is, amended or modified by text or speech at any time before items are sold.

In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or other online auction related technologies, Booker Auction Company reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Booker Auction Company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed reasonable by Booker Auction Company.

Removal Information for Lots 50-64, 83,84, 100-375, 400-430, 500-601 (Phase I)

  • December 4th | 9:00 - 3:00
  • December 5th | 9:00 - 3:00
  • December 6th | 9:00 - 3:00
  • Majority of these items should be carried out by buyer
  • Seller is renting a forklift and will have limited usage until December 7th
  • Forklift assistance available from Monday, December 8 - Friday, December 12 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Must be removed by December 12, 2025

Removal Information for Lots 79, 81, 82

  • Seller will be providing only one forklift and equipment skates for removal
  • Buyer will be responsible for bringing additional heavy duty forklift at buyer's expense to assist in removal 
  • Removal is available only between Monday, December 8 - Friday, December 12 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Must be removed by December 12, 2025

Removal Information for Lots 65-81, 85-99a (Phase II)

  • Seller will be providing complimentary loading assistance on these items
  • Removal is available only between Monday, December 8 - Friday, December 12 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Must be removed by December 12, 2025
