The Bedlington Family is retiring from their seed potato farming operation and we
are fortunate to partner with them through this transition.

Auction Details

Auction Format	Online Only Auction
Bidder Approval	A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file.
Buyers Premium	A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added on all lots.
Bid Extension	Bid Extension is on. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot.
Linked Lots	Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set.
Payments	Auction Invoice with instructions will be provided after the auction. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Removal	Removal Details Thursday 7/13 and Friday 7/14 9-4pm, Saturday 7/15 8-12pm, Sunday 7/16 Closed, Monday 7/17-Friday 7/21 9-4pm. Deadline for Removal is July 21.
Item Location	Items are located at 8706 Berthusen Rd, Lynden WA. Handline and Mainline are located at 9670 Guide Meridian Rd, Lynden WA
Sales Tax	Farm Auction Exempt. No sales tax will be applied.
Doc Services Fee	A Documentary Service Fee of $200 will be added to the sales price or capitalized cost of the vehicle.

We are not able to extend any flexibility with Removal dates and times.
Please be certain you are able to adhere to the provided removal times prior to bidding.

Any items remaining after July 28, 2023 will be forfeited
