All shop and palletized items remaining after March 9, 2022 will be forfeited and disposed of at seller's discretion.

All remaining tillage, tractors, and vehicles after March 9, 2022 will be located to an unsecured lot to the west of the auction site. There will be no loading assistance after March 9, 2022.  Removal is the buyer's responsibility. 

Any item remaining on the property after March 18, 2022 will be forfeited and disposed of at seller's discretion.
