Auction Format 

Live and Simulcast Auction on Items in Auction Ring 1. Online Only Auction in Auction Ring 2

Bidder Approval 

A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file.

Buyers Premium

A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots  

Bid Extension

Bid Extension is on.  Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. 

Linked Lots

Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set.

Payments 

You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction.  Payment instructions and payment links will be provided. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file.

Removal 

All Items Must Be Removed by October 21,  2022. Loading Assistance Available on October 13-14 and 17 from (9:00-4:00. Closed on Saturday and Sunday

The address does not get you to the auction location. Use GPS Coordinates 46.277340, -118.146033. Off of Milrace Road. From Hwy 12, Drive North on Garden Street .4 Miles. Take a right and head East on Milrace .1 Miles. The auction location is on your right

Sales Tax
